The best feeling is after you’ve smashed out a hard workout. What do you do after that though? I love to spend a good amount of time in the shower pampering myself, and then creating an amazing post workout smoothie or snack. There is something so Zen about taking some time for yourself right after a workout. I feel like I’ve accomplished something and It makes my day complete.

I have found the best combo shampoos. I use peppermint if I workout in the morning, so it wakes me up and gives me that little boost I need to continue with my day. As for evening post workouts I use either lavender to calm my mind and to slowly switch off for the night. Dr. Bronner’s is amazing, and Whole Foods had a 2 for 1 sale the last time I was in London! Score.
