My Gym Routine | Meet My Personal Trainer

Hey guys,

Maybe you know, but I recently got a personal trainer! This woman is serious body goals. I stalked her on Instagram for a bit before getting the nerve to msg her to train me. That’s how it works nowadays right?

So I thought it would be fun to show you a snippet of the workouts I’ve been doing. It’s not a workout you can really follow along to but a look into how a session would look like.

When we started, I decided to do two times a week, first starting at the track (cardio and body weight exercises) and then moving into the gym for some weights! That turned into one day only legs and one day a full body workout. #bootygains

This workout was:

Warm up:

20 squats

20 back lunges

1 leg forward & back lunge x10 each side


1 min plank

12-15 push-ups

20 steps lunge + press

20 resistance rows

20 corner squats
